When will my order be shipped?

We aim to pack and ship orders within 1–2 working days. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as it’s on the way.

How long does delivery take?

UK delivery usually takes 1–5 working days after dispatch and dependent on standard or express.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been packed or shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our boxes, we do not accept returns or refunds unless an item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order.

My item arrived damaged, what do I do?

Please contact us with your order number and photos of the damaged item within 48 hours of delivery so we can help.
